It’s not just coffee—it’s ritual, memory, and mood distilled into a single moment.” Today, we tasted an excellent expresso bean, one that reminds me of a Chiang Rai dark roast from Northern Thailand. Grown in high-altitude soil and shade-dried by hand, this kind of expresso blend promises depth, clarity, and a whisper of wildflower and something elusive—like rain on dry earth. The flavor opens gently. First, a mellow dark roasted warmth, then a bright bitter flicker—almost like a bitter cocoa. The finish? Lingering, with a soft smooth echo that invites reflection. This isn’t coffee for rushing. It’s coffee for remembering. For sitting still. For honoring the quiet. That is…until the next sip.”

Coffee and all drinks are delicious. This seems to be a cafe specializing in Japanese matcha. So you can choose and drink with recommendation according to your taste. The sweetness is also clearly divided, so it is convenient when ordering. Definitely recommend a visit if you are in Kamphaengphet na krup~!
